How do I care for my mat?

JAUDA reformer Pilates mats are machine washable using a mild detergent. After washing, lay your mat flat to dry in the shade to prevent wrinkles and preserve its texture. For storage or transport, we recommend rolling the mat instead of folding it, which helps keep it flat on your reformer and reduces wear along folds. When your mat arrives, it may be folded for shipping, but with a little patience, it will flatten beautifully for your practice. How do I care for my grippy socks?

JAUDA grippy Pilates socks are machine washable. Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh chemicals. After washing, lay them flat to dry in the shade to maintain their grip and shape.

What sizes do you offer?

JAUDA mats come in one carefully designed size to fit most standard reformer Pilates machines. To ensure the best fit for your reformer, we recommend measuring from the base of your shoulder pad to the base of the carriage before ordering.

Our mat is designed for optimal comfort, stability, and support during your reformer Pilates practice. Please check the product details section for exact mat measurements before purchasing.

What shipping methods do you use?

We currently ship within Australia. If you are ordering from outside Australia, please contact us at info@jaudamats.com to discuss international shipping options.

Where do you ship?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! If you wish to change your order, contact us at info@jaudamats.com as soon as possible. To cancel an order, please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days as per our Shipping & Returns policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the returned item is received and approved.

What payment methods do you accept?

At JAUDA, we offer a range of convenient payment options to make your Pilates essentials accessible. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay, Clearpay, Klarna, or bank transfer. Wholesale customers can also pay via invoicing.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Queensland: 2–4 business days
  • Other states: 3–6 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that delays caused by Australia Post are beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

Returns & Refunds:

We take pride in our quality products. If you are not satisfied, contact us at info@jaudamats.com within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with postage at your cost.
