Shipping

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

• Queensland deliveries: 2–4 business days

• Other Australian states: 3–6 business days

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking, and your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Please note that JAUDA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, but if your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@jaudamats.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

At JAUDA, we take pride in producing premium reformer Pilates mats, Pilates grip socks, and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@jaudamats.com to arrange an exchange, refund, or store credit. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Sale items are not refundable.
