Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional & rural areas: 5–7 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on Australia Post rates.
Domestic Shipping Only At this stage, Jauda Mats ships to Australian addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@jaudamats.co and we'll investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
